The hotel offers nice and big rooms with lovely bathrooms and big windows for a nice view outside, but they are rather small yet very efficient. The view on the river and the old city is perfect. The service is very friendly and helpful, addressing cleaning requests promptly and assisting with internet access. The location provides fantastic views across the river Aare to the well-lit old town. The dining experience is good with a nice terrace outside and a rooftop bar. The hotel has laundry facilities during the week. However, the dining can be very expensive.
